DWI
- Jonathan R. Scarber, 23, 1420 N. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended, failure to maintain single lane and failure to stop at flashing red signal.
- Jason R. Bahr, 23, of Advance, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and obstructing traffic.

- Destany J. Hale, 23, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for dangerous drugs.
- Henry L. Williams Jr., 17, 1715 Henry St., was arrested on suspicion of first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle, no operator's license and possession of controlled substance.
- Zachary C. Pullam, 21, of Fruitland was arrested on five Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for speeding, insurance, suspended operator's license and failure to appear.
- A subject is in custody pending formal charges of possession of controlled substance, false declaration and driving while revoked.
- Christopher E. Martin, 23, of 1125 Dorothy St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
- A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for possession of marijuana.

- GPS units were reported stolen at 1006 Oak Ridge Court.
- Rhodes, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
- A navigational system and shotgun were reported stolen and a vehicle window broken at 357 Siemers Drive.
- Money was reported stolen at 2641 Hopper Road.
- A purse was reported stolen at 1121 Linden St.
- A cat tree was reported stolen at 14 N. Fountain St.
- Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
- Southeast Missouri Council of the Arts, 32 N. Main St., reported a theft of cash.
