Arrests

n Ariese L. N. Patterson, 22, 3022 Mimosa Drive, was arrested on suspicion of committing prohibited acts.

  • Sheraton M. Lockridge, 18, 800 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a peace disturbance.
  • A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • A subject was in custody pending formal charges of first-degree robbery and armed criminal action.
  • A subject was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended and driving with no headlights.

Summonses

n Clayton L. Cox Jr., 26, of Farmington, Mo., received a summons for a zoning violation.

  • Shelly J. Nall, 37, 1438 Luce St., received a summons for a leash law violation.

Assaults

n An assault was reported at 1418 N. Spanish St. Travis J. Moore, 35, of 1423 N. Main St., was arrested in connection with the complaint. Moore was also arrested on suspicion of trespassing and disturbing the peace.

  • Domestic assault was reported.
  • Two subjects were in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

Thefts

n A cell phone was reported stolen at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.

  • Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported clothing and CDs stolen. Bernadette L. Richards, 18, of 1001 Locust St., was arrested in connection with the complaint.
  • Denny's, 161 West Drive, reported the theft of food.
  • Rhodes, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.
  • A bicycle was reported stolen at 1015 Harmony St.
  • An iPod Nano was reported stolen at 2217 Broadway.
  • Quick & Save, 2861 Themis St., reported the theft of gasoline.
  • A purse was reported stolen and a vehicle window broken at Hanover and Themis streets.
  • Four A/C condensing units were reported stolen at 334 N. Broadview St.
  • A cell phone was reported stolen at 45 S. West End Blvd.

Burglary

n Burglary and stealing was reported at 1537 Rand St.

  • A 43-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

Arrest

n Derek P. Streiler, 27, 510 Otto Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, being under the influence of drugs and for failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

Summons

n Janet Sauls Green, 49, 1337 N. Farmington Road, received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle annually.

Assault

n An assault was reported in the 100 block of West Adams Street.

Theft

n A theft was reported in the 100 block of Tracy Street.

Miscellaneous

  • Warrant service was reported in the 700 block of Oak Street.
  • A fight was reported in the 100 block of West Adams Street.
