Arrests William Luttrell, 1225 Fairlane, was arrested Friday for failure to appear.

Edward T. Gardner, Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested Friday for failure to appear.

Summons Gavin Paul Hundelt, 18, 1000 Towers North, was issued a summons Saturday for possession of alcohol by a minor, expired plates, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

David Francis Donovan, 18, 1000 Towers South, was issued a summons Saturday for possession of alcohol by a minor, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Allen Linn Harmon, 43, Jackson, Mo., was issued a summons Saturday for assault.

Justin Wade Gilmer, 22, 315 N. Frederick, was issued a summons Saturday for disturbing the peace.

Damien Rourke Ohmes, 22, 313 N. Fountain, was issued a summons Saturday for disturbing the peace.
