DWI

Amy S. Jackson, 18, of 1327 N. West End Boulevard, Apt. 4, was arrested Friday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance.Arrests

Orenthiew J. Tipler, 22, of 46 S. Henderson, Apt. 2, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear and parole violation.

Thea M. Brotherton, 30, of 232 St. Mary's Drive, Ballwin, Mo., was arrested Thursday on suspicion of violating an ex parte order, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and possession of stolen property.

Howard H. Smith Jr., 29, of 20 N. Pindwood, Apt. 5, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of drug trafficking and possession of a controlled substance.

Wendell H. Tagget, 38, of 604 Jefferson, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of driving while revoked and unlawful use of a weapon.

Timothy J. Heuring, 41, of 602 Boxwood, Apt. 2, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of assault.

John R. Wigley, 20, of 119 N. Union, Jackson, Mo., was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Joshua R. Rice, 24, of 311 Benton, Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Thursday on a Scott County warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

Summons Summonses were issued to the following persons Thursday on suspicion of selling alcohol to a minor: Asif Majeed, 34, of 406 Country Club; Brandy A. Tanner, 20, of 912 Elm; Dennis A. Gibson, 24, of 2857 Themis; and Molly B. Wisniewski, 22, of 916 College Hill, Apt. 3.

A summons was issued Thursday to Justin S. Graham, 22, of 144 Village Drive, Jackson, Mo., on suspicion of telephone harassment.
