The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests Stephen C. McDaniel, 17, of Lorimer Street, Apt. 5, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of stealing.
Sharon K. Johnson, 26, of 131 S. Louisiana, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of sale of a controlled substance.
A 49-year-old male was placed in protective custody Thursday.
A subject was placed in custody Thursday pending the filing of formal charges for fraudulently attempting to obtain a controlled substance.
A 30-year-old male was placed in protective custody Thursday.
Steven L. Williams, 24, of 1098 Linden, Apt. 37, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Giles Triplett, 46, of 630 S. Henderson, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
Lisa E. Cruz, 37, of 630 S. Henderson, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for insufficient funds.
Summonses Kelly M. Aufdenberg of 1499 State Highway 34, Burfordville, Mo., received a summons Thursday for striking a legally parked vehicle.
Justin G. Blackmon, 22, of 1601 Clark, received a summons Thursday for a leash law violation.
Assaults A 14-year-old male was cited to juvenile court Thursday on suspicion of assault.
Two assaults were reported Thursday to the Cape Girardeau Police Department.
An assault was reported Thursday to the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University. The incident occurred on Lot 19.
A robbery/assault was reported Friday to the Cape Girardeau Police Department.
Thefts Gasoline was reported stolen Thursday by Shell D-Mart at 3425 William.
Razors were reported stolen Thursday by Fred's Discount Store.
A driver's license was reported stolen Thursday.
Yard ornaments were reported stolen Thursday at 808 W. Rodney.
A 16-year-old male was cited to juvenile court Thursday on suspicion of taking a Halloween yard ornament.
Burglary A burglary was reported Thursday by Seabaugh's Wrecker Service at 809 Enterprise. Nothing was taken.
Property Damage A vehicle was reported damaged Thursday at 823 S. Kingshighway.
Miscellaneous A missing male was reported Thursday at 1112 Linden. He is 39 years old, has brown hair and eyes, is about 5'6" tall and weighs 140 pounds.
A Scott County warrant for Kevin S. Miller, 32, of 1915 Good Hope, was rescinded following his arrest Wednesday and he was released.
