The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Patrick A. Keefer, 23, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of delivery of a controlled substance.

Kristi V. McNeely, 27, of 716 Broadway, Apt. 2, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia and possession of ephedrine.

David B. Branum, 45, of 716 Broadway, Apt. 2, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia and possession of ephedrine.

Margaret A. Fowler, 33, of 709 Nellie, Scott City, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of attempting to obtain a controlled substance, cocaine.

Jeffrey A. Rigdon, 21, of 1202 Price, was arrested Wednesday on a Bollinger County warrant for failure to obey a judge.

Kevin S. Miller, 32, of 1915 Good Hope, was arrested Wednesday on a Scott County warrant for driving while revoked.

Parrish T. Stroder, 39, of 116494 County Road 624, Dexter, Mo., was arrested Thursday on a Stoddard County warrant for fraud and a Poplar Bluff warrant for passing a bad check.

Kim D. Bushman, 51, was arrested Friday on a Scott City, Mo., warrant for failure to appear and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Summonses Amanda G. Robertson of 125 W. Davidson, Chaffee, Mo., received a summons Wednesday for failure to drive on the right half of the road.

Michael E. Hafertepe Jr. of 4155 Blow, St. Louis, Mo., received a summons Wednesday for failure to immediately notify authorities of a traffic accident.

Thefts Furniture and medication were reported stolen Wednesday at 225 N. Sprigg.

A purse and contents were reported stolen Wednesday at 3049 William.

Jewelry was reported stolen Wednesday at 1903 Brucher.

Fireplace doors, a radio, a fan and paint were reported stolen and property damaged reported Wednesday at 1227 N. Spanish.

A campaign sign was reported Wednesday at the 1000 block of Kage.

A 1980 Suzuki motorcycle was reported stolen Thursday at 401 S. Pacific.

CDs were reported stolen Friday at 646 S. Spring.

A guitar and case were reported stolen Friday at 2021 Independence.

A vehicle window was reported damaged and coats stolen Friday at 2605 Gerhardt.

Gasoline was reported stolen Friday by Amoco D-mart at 3226 William.

Property Damage The Cape Girardeau Country Club reported damage to the fairway Wednesday at 100 Country Club Drive.

Miscellaneous A 16-year-old female was cited to juvenile court Thursday for curfew violations and driving without a license.

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Darrell S. Francis, 45, of 2593 Highway C, Fredericktown, Mo., received a summons Wednesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to use a turn signal and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

Miscellaneous A vehicle was towed Wednesday from 2769 E. Jackson Boulevard.

Two juvenile males made false declarations of threats Wednesday.

An exparte violation was reported Wednesday at 410 W. Main Street.
