The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests Joyce A. Jackson, 52, of 105 S. Spanish, Apt. 105, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Clinton County warrant for fraud/insufficient funds.
Brandon E. Polk, 21, of 227 S. Lorimer, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for fraud/insufficient funds, a Jackson warrant for traffic violation and a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Summonses Ronald E. Slinkard of 701 Broadway, Apt. 1, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Thursday for failure to obey a stop sign.
Brian C. Lynch of 101 Estes, Marble Hill, Mo., received a summons Thursday for operating a vehicle with an expired license and failure to yield to oncoming traffic.
Thefts Gasoline was reported stolen Friday by Amoco D-Mart at 3276 William.
Jewelry was reported stolen Friday at 3104 Blattner.
Miscellaneous Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported Thursday at 3060 William.

Summons Valerie A. Jones, 42, of 5050 State Highway 72, Jackson, received a summons Thursday for failure to obey a stop sign.
Miscellaneous Theft was reported Thursday in the 300 block of South Missouri.
A child custody dispute was reported Thursday in the 300 block of Daisy.
A domestic dispute was reported Thursday in the 300 block of Cherry.
