DWI

* Antoine M. Jones, 23, 10 Comanche St., McClure, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the road and driving without a license.

Arrests

* Matthew J. Lyerla, 25, Highway 1, Box 2355, Patton, Mo., was arrested on a warrant.

* Roger A. Greathouse, 53, 2500 Singing Hills Drive, was arrested on suspicion of failure to signal, driving without a license and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Kittrel E. Braselman, 42, 507 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

* A subject is in custody pending the filing of formal charges of stealing by deceit, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, following a complaint made by Bank of America, 19 S. Kingshighway.

* A subject is in custody pending the filing of formal charges for possession of pseudoephedrine and precursors with intent.

* Subjects are in custody pending the filing of formal charges of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute.

Summonses

* Shari A. Oakes, 24, 2704 Jewel Drive, was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of inoperable vehicles.

* Jason Scott Coalter, 25, 1731 Westridge Drive, was issued a summons for maintaining a nuisance.

Thefts

* Gasoline and cigarettes were reported stolen from Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive.

* Gasoline was reported stolen from Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St.

* Cash and medications were reported stolen from 231 Mill St.

Property damage

* A neon light was reported damaged at McDonald's Express, 169 Westfield Shoppingtown West Park.

* A cellular phone was reported lost.

* Mac's Tavern, 1 S. Frederick St., reported a counterfeit bill.

* A license plate was reported found at 40 S. Sprigg St.

* A theft was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.

* Lawrence A.. Patterson, 39, of Fredericktown, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Craig B. Friese, 25, of Jackson was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for two counts of passing bad checks.

* Sonya M. Kimmins, 20, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear on two original counts of receiving stolen property.

* Charles B. Cunningham IV, 30, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for burglary and stealing.

* Mabel L. Robinson, 59, of Jackson was arrested on a Perry County warrant on two counts of passing bad checks.

* Michael R. Wyatt, 27, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for three counts of forgery.
