Jackson police reports 2/4/13

JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Michael E. Estes, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested for public intoxication and trespassing.

Summonses

* Kiarra N. Payne, 21, 22 E. Jackson Blvd., was issued a summons for failing to register a motor vehicle.

* Melanie M. Burr, 24, 321 Knollwood Drive, was issued a summons for failing to maintain insurance and failing to wear a seat belt.

* Jason B. Gordon, 37, of Burfordville was issued a summons for failing to maintain insurance.

* Alex P. Hodges, 19, 2375 Litz Blvd., was issued summonses for failing to register a motor vehicle and speed.

* Daniel W. Jones, 46, 115 S. Farmington Road, was issued a summons for failing to maintain insurance.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported in the 200 block of Washington Street.

Theft

* Fraud was reported in the 800 block of Andrew Street.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 400 block of Elm Street.
