Arrests
* Joseph M. Thiele, 24, 704 Highland Drive, was arrested on suspicion of receiving stolen property.
Summons

* Lisa A. Ford, 43, 144 County Road 465, was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance; failure to yield to another vehicle, causing an accident; displaying plate of another vehicle; and failure to register a motor vehicle.
Theft
* Theft was reported in the 300 block of Grandview Drive.
Property damage
* Property damage was reported in the 400 block of North Maryland Street.
