The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Devin L. Dickerson, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
* Wade J. Ludolph, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
* James D. Ramshur, 17, of Millersville was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle in City Park where prohibited.
* Debra J. Duffy, 45, 258 Waterhole Trail, was issued a summons for failure to signal.
* Ashley N. Heffner, 17, 192 Cottonwood St., was issued a summons for cutting through a parking lot to avoid traffic control.
* Christopher C. McCormick, 30, 605 Francis Drive, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Leslie W. Newell Jr., 44, 421 Russell St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Theft was reported in the 200 block of North Bast Street.
* Theft was reported in the 900 block of Morgan Street.
* Theft was reported in the 500 block of North Union Avenue.
* Theft was reported in the 300 block of Elm Street.
* Theft was reported in the 700 block of Morgan Street.
* Theft was reported in the 600 block of Luetje Street.
* Theft was reported in the 700 block of Morgan Street.
* Theft was reported in the 700 block of Morgan Street.
* Theft was reported in the area of East Jackson Boulevard and Hilltop Lane.
* Theft was reported in the 500 block of Elm Street.
* Theft was reported in the 600 block of Randy Drive.
