The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summonses

* Colten L. Proffer, 18, of Millersville, Missouri, was issued a citation for failure to provide proof of insurance.

* Scott R. Patrick, 29, of Cape Girardeau was issued a citation for failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to provide proof of insurance.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 700 block of North Farmington Road.

Miscellaneous

* Fraud was reported in the 1500 block of Jennifer Drive.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 900 block of Lake Street.

* A court-order violation was reported in the 600 block of South Hope Street.
