The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Joshua Whited, 29, of St. Charles, Missouri, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

* O'Teasha D. Brandy, 18, of Jackson was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

* Shaun A. Sander, 27, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Christopher R. Bramlett, 27, of St. James, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Tony E. Pogue, 45, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.

Burglary

* Burglary was reported on Parkview Street.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

* An open door was reported in the 200 block of Veterans Memorial Drive.

* Fraud was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

* Harassment was reported in the 5000 block of Birk Lane.

* Animal abuse was reported in the 600 block of Broadridge Drive.
