Jackson police report 9/30/13

JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Austin M. Fowler, 25, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested for driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked and failure to maintain a single lane.

Arrests

* Aaron M. Smith, 18, 1305 S. Farmington Road, Apt. B., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

* Patrick W. Webb, 22, 1305 N. Farmington Road, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Summons

* Gavin W. Kemper, 25, of Altenburg, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 700 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Theft was reported in the 1000 block of Trail Ridge Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A court order violation was reported in the 1700 block of Ridge Road.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of West Adamst Street.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the area of City Park.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road.
