The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Gary W. Jones, 41, 2843 Whitener St., Apt. 4B, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Wade J. Ludolph, 20, 601 Boxwood Drive, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Devin L. Dickerson, 20, 104 S. Sunset Blvd., Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Tabatha K.M. Ross, 22, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Assaults

* An assault was reported in the 600 block of East Adams Street.

* An assault was reported in the 900 block of Old Cape Road.

Summonses

* Eric S. Brown, 42, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Hillary K. Bauer, 21, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Joshua W. Whited, 28, of Park Hills, Mo., was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.

Theft

* A theft was reported in the 200 block of Morgan Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 200 block of Greet Meadows Drive.

* Property damage was reported in the area of City Park.

Miscellaneous

* An assist was requested in the 1000 block of Anna Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 1300 block of North Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 600 block of Blanche Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 500 block of Nellie Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the area of Brookside Park.
