The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Danny E. Smith, 45, of Fenton, Missouri, was arrested on a Madison County warrant.

Summonses

* Robert C. Miller, 38, of Jackson was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.

* Rodney W. Davis, 45, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to maintain a single lane.

* Greg E. Cugini, 36, of Jackson was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.

* Aaron A. Gold, 37, of Jackson, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Deena M. Williams, 46, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Robert T.R. King, 24, of Jackson was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while operator's license suspended.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of North High Street.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 1600 block of Orchard Drive.

Burglary

* An attempted burglary was reported in the 100 block of South Shawnee Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

* Check the welfare was requested in the 2900 block of South Old Orchard Road.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 100 block of Court Street.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

* A court order violation was reported in the 600 block of Jackson Trail.

* Harassment was reported in the 3300 block of North High Street.
