The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Robert Bodendieck, 26, 957 W. Independence St., No. 1, was arrested on numerous warrants and on suspicion of driving while suspended.

* Amee Bates, 37, 1435 N. Farmington Road, was arrested on suspicion of driving while her license was suspended and issued a citation for failing to register a motor vehicle.

Assault

* An assault was reported in the 900 block of Woodland Drive.

Theft

* A theft was reported in the 800 block of West Main Street.

Miscellaneous

* Trespassing was reported in the 800 block of Wellington Drive.

* A weapons violation was reported in the 800 block of West Main Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 500 block of Greensferry Road.
