The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrest does not imply guilt.

Arrest

• Sherry L. Niederbrach, 38, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.

Summonses

• Shaquira R. Sylvester, 23, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Sara D. Rucker, 35, of Millersville was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Frederick J. Brown Jr., 32, of Jackson was issued summonses for improper lane usage and operating a motor vehicle while operator's license revoked.

Theft

• Theft was reported in the 500 block of West Main Street.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported in the 500 block of Maple Drive.

Miscellaneous

• Assists were requested in the 300 block of Florence Street and the 2800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Check the welfare was requested in the area of South Union Avenue and West Adams Street.
• A court-order violation was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
• A domestic disturbance was reported in the area of Berchman Street and Kent Street.
