Jackson police report 9/26/13

JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Jacob W. Morrison, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption and affray.

Summonses

* Steven C. Young, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Todd M. Rapp, 45, 2123 Bainbridge Road, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Whitney N. Froman, 20, of Scott City was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Christopher A. Shepard, 22, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended operator's license and failure to register a motor vehicle.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Greensferry Road.

* Request to speak was made in the 500 block of Goodson Drive.
