The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

• Joyce K. Smith, 65, 324 S. Shawnee Blvd., was arrested on a Pemiscot County warrant.

Summonses

• Carmen E. Smith, 41, of Jackson was issued summonses for a center turn lane violation and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked operator's license.
• Matthew D. Schober, 39, of Jackson was issued a summons for allowing a dog to run at large.

Thefts

• Thefts were reported in the 1500 block of Old Toll Road and the 100 block of South High Street.

Miscellaneous

• Assists were requested in the 1400 block of Orchard Drive and in the 200 block of Henderson Street.
• Check the welfare was requested in the 600 block of Bainbridge Road and in the 1500 block of Briarwood Street.
• Harassment was reported in the 1400 block of Rolling Fields Drive.
• A court-order violation was reported in the 700 block of Brown Street.
• A peace disturbance was reported in the 500 block of Charlotte Court.
