The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Rodney W. Davis, 45, 917 Old Cape Road, was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
* Eric J. Brashear, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana under 35 grams and possession of a controlled substance.
* Zachariah D. Sutton, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of receiving stolen property.
* Brandon V. McCullough, 18, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of intentionally inhaling solvents/chemicals.
* Randy R. Welker, 59, of Jackson was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.
* Terri A. Joyce, 45, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Carla S. Criddle, 50, of Burfordville was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.
* Jack L. Powell, 72, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without a valid operator's license.
* Tabitha L. Speakman, 21, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.
* Sandy L. Johnston, 38, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle and displaying the plates of another.
* Carmen E. Smith, 40, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.
* Isiah D. Ratliff, 27, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.
* Gary W. Hodge, 69, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.
* Shaun A. Sander, 28, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.
* Crystal L. Shirrell, 34, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* David S. Masterson, 46, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
* Vicki L. Swafford, 46, of Millersville was issued a summons for driving through a parking lot to avoid a traffic device.
* Anthony L. Stallings, 29, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Ronald E. Wiggins II, 30, of Burfordville was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.
* Tyler D. Kinder, 18, or Burfordville was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.
* Dennis J. Roth, 61, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
* Todd M. Jansen, 38, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.
* Travis J. Williamson, 34, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while operating a motor vehicle while operator's license suspended.
* Theft was reported in the 100 block of South High Street.
* Theft was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.
* Theft was reported in the 300 block of Monroe Street.
* A burglary attempt was reported in the 800 block of Canyon Trail.
* Burglary was reported in the 500 block of South Georgia Street.
* Property damage was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.
* Property damage was reported in the 1200 block of East Main Street.
* Property damage was reported in the 500 block of South Hope Street.
* Peace disturbance was reported in the 100 block of West Main Street.
* Peace disturbance was reported in the 1000 block of Old Cape Road.
* Peace disturbance was reported in the 2900 block of Breckenridge.
* An assist was requested in the 700 block of Francis Drive.
* An assist was requested in the 1000 block of North High Street.
* An assist was requested in the 600 block of North Maryland Street.
* An assist was requested in the 100 block of Grandview Drive
* Check the welfare was requested in the area of Clark Street.
