The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrest does not imply guilt.

Arrest

• Evan J. McManaman, 36, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault.

Summonses

• Rochelle M. Steffen, 40, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• James T. Conner, 23, of Jackson was issued a citation for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Ross J. King, 20, of Jackson was issued a citation for speeding and failure to provide proof of insurance.

Thefts

• Theft was reported in the 1000 block of North High Street.
• Theft was reported in the 3500 block of Leming Lane.
• Theft was reported in the 500 block of West Main Street.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported in the 2900 block of Old Orchard Road.
• Property damage was reported in the 1600 block of Voyager Court.

• Peace disturbance was reported in the 700 block of North Farmington Road.
• Domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.
• Harassment was reported in the 1200 block of East Main Street.
