JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Justin L. Pinkerton, 20, 1045 Corinne St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.

* Samantha N. King, 32, 730 W. Washington St., Apt. A, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on a show-cause order.

* Martin L. Smith, 59, of Advance, Missouri, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on original charges of failure to maintain insurance, failure to register a motor vehicle and displaying the plates of another.

Summonses

* Tommy L. Stone, 42, of Jackson was issued a summons for stealing utilities.

* Gary W. Allen, 41, of Jackson was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.

* Amanda I. Bostic, 24, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Rafael Alvarez, 51, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Timothy D. Kinder, 44, of Burfordville was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Burglaries

* Burglary was reported in the 700 block of South Hope Street.

* Burglary was reported in the 200 block of South Union Avenue.

Miscellaneous

* An assist was requested in the 1400 block of Woodland Drive.

* A court-order violation was reported in the 600 block of East Jefferson Street.

* Keep the peace was requested in the 900 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

* Keep the peace was requested in the 700 block of Goodson Drive.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 800 block of East Jefferson Street.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 1200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 400 block of West Adams Street.
