The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summonses

* Marvin Q. Huddleston, 36, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and operating a motor vehicle without a license.

* Corey M. Gill, 24, 223 Morgan St., Apt. 3, was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving.

* Benny J. Benavente, 24, 403 E. Main St., was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 100 block of South Union Avenue.

* Theft was reported in the 300 block of Wayne Avenue.

Miscellaneous

* Fraud was reported in the 300 block of East Main Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 700 block of West Washington Street.
