* Randy J. Smith, 49, of Jackson was issued summonses for failure to maintain insurance and a stop-sign violation.

* Christopher S. Pike, 42, of Jackson was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.

* Jon D. Dace, 26, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Erica M. Rains, 25, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance and failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Jordan T. Masson, 23, of Jackson was issued a summons for assault.
