The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Alisha K. Tribble, 30, 1204 E. Jackson Blvd., Apt. B, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle without a valid operator's license.
Arrests
* Tristen D. Lipps, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on original charges of failure to maintain insurance and failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Kyle P. Randen, 19, 158 W. Ora Lee Drive, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of careless and imprudent driving.
* Erica D. Gray, 29, of Oran, Missouri, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for a show-cause order.
* Robert A. Bailey, 27, 2650 Old Cape Road, was arrested on a Scott County warrant.
* Zachary A. Payne, 20, 297 County Road 541, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.
* Noah S. Weatherby, 17, of Jackson was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
* Tiffany D. Elder, 20, of Perryville, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Diana S. Seabaugh, 51, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Eric P. Brazel, 42, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Theft was reported in the 2700 block of East Main Street.
* Theft was reported in the 1300 block of Apache Avenue.
* Theft was reported in the 1200 block of North Street.
* Theft was reported in the area of the City Park.
Assault
* Assault was reported in the area of City Park.

Miscellaneous
* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of North Union Avenue.
* A peace disturbance was reported in the 300 block of East Main Street.
* A peace disturbance was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 1400 block of Woodland Drive.
* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 2600 block of Old Cape Road.
