JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Tesla M. Austin, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Arrests

• Kenneth J. Taylor, 38, 311 E. Washington Ave., Apt. 1, was arrested on a Scott County warrant.
• Cody L. Kelley, 18, 1420 Old Cape Road, Apt. B, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Summonses

• Sabrina D. Fenwick, 29, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to display the correct plates on a vehicle.
• Torence D. Gardner, 32, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to display license plate and driving while revoked.
• Casey May Stortz, 23, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for trespassing and property damage.
• Justin R. Savat, 33, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Selina L. Adams, 36, of Jackson was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle, displaying the plates of another and driving while suspended.

Theft

• Theft was reported in the 800 block of South Hope Street.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported in the 100 block of South Farmington Road.

Miscellaneous

• Fraud was reported in the 1000 block of Aspen Drive.
• Peace disturbance was reported on West Park Street.
• Assist other agency was requested at North West Lane and West Jackson Boulevard.
• Peace disturbance was reported in the 1900 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Assist other agency was requested in the 3600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• A court-order violation was reported in the 200 block of North Oak Hill Road.
• Assist other agency was requested in the 300 block of East Washington Street.
• Speak to an officer was requested in the 200 block of Donald Street.
• Keep the peace was requested in the 300 block of East Washington Street.
• An alarm was reported in the 1500 block of South Farmington Road.
