JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrest does not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Robert D. May Jr., 37, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of speeding.
• Elizabeth A. Daughtery, 36, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Kami E. Lynn, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of speeding.
• A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for assault.
• Emmanuel H. May, 44, 1201 Bella Vista Drive, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on original charges of displaying the plates of another and failure to register a motor vehicle.
• John D. Owen, 42, 336 N. Shawnee Blvd., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failure to register a motor vehicle.

Summonses

• Fredrick J. Brown Jr., 32, of Crocker, Missouri, was issued a summons for driving while revoked.
• Dylan P. Sparks, 23, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• James W. Crowell, 54, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Kelsey N. McMahon, 27, of Millersville was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Zackery B. Strong, 57, of Jackson was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
• Matthew S. Haynes, 19, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Ryan T. Shasserre, 39, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Jamie W. Donner, 20, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance and failure to register a motor vehicle.

Thefts

• Thefts were reported in the 400 block of West Jackson Boulevard; the 300 block of Broadridge Drive; the 700 block of East Jackson Boulevard; the 300 block of West Washington Street; and the 900 block of West Independence Street.

Burglary

• A burglary attempt was reported in the 2400 block of Stotler Way.

Assault

• An assault was reported in the 700 block of Wedge Lane.

Miscellaneous

• An assist was requested in the 3600 block of East Main Street.
• Check the welfare were requested in the 800 block of Dorothy Drive; the 400 block of Keis Avenue; the 800 block of East Main Street; the 1000 block of West Main Street; the area of Oak Street and East Lane; and the area of Parkview Street and North High Street.
• Keep the peace was requested in the 400 block of East Lane; the 400 block of Shawnee Circle; and the 600 block of West Adams Street.
• Peace disturbances were reported the 2000 block of Old Toll Road; the 1400 block of Old Cape Road; the 300 block of North Missouri Street; the 700 block of Broadridge Drive; the 700 block of Hickory Street; and the 1500 block of Oak Street.
• A fight in progress was reported in the 500 block of West Main Street.
• Harassment was reported in the 1100 block of North Street; the 800 block of Amanda Street; the 800 block of Jessica Street; and the 2400 block of South Old Orchard Road.
• Domestic disturbances were reported in the 900 block of West Adams Street and the 100 block of Tracy Street.
