Arrests Brandon Westfall, 18, of 1136 N. Middle St., Cape Girardeau was arrested Aug. 30 on a Jackson warrant for failure to pay a fine.

Gary L. Coryell, 41, of Bancombe, Ill., was arrested Sept. 1 on a warrant for failure to appear in court.

Thomas Hecht, 34, of 405 Morgan St. was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court.

Summons Roy M. Wilcutt, 42, of 414 N. Farmington Road was issued a summons Saturday for discharging a firearm inside the city limits.

Thefts A theft was reported Wednesday at 325 East Lane.

A theft was reported Sunday at 2115 Brandom St.

Property damage Damage was reported Sept. 3, at 208 S. High St.

Damage was reported Thursday at 117 S. Shawnee Boulevard.

Damage was reported Saturday at 957 W. Independence.

Damage and forced entry were reported Saturday.

Miscellaneous A forgery was reported Saturday at 1402 Old Cape Road.
