The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Miranda L. Mills, 18, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana under 35 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* A 16-year-old was referred to juvenile authorities on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.
* Zachary A. Payne, 19, 297 County Road, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.
* Cory A. Ponder, 17, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* Cameron K. Moore, 22, 316 N. High St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended.
* Whitney D. Anderson, 22, 106 Morgan St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for a show-cause order.
* Kirsten D. Anderson, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.
* Miranda L. Mills, 18, of Scott City was issued a summons for failure to drive in a single lane.
* Theft was reported in the 700 block of Oak Street.
* Theft was reported in the 1100 block of Corinne Street.
* A court-order violation was reported in the 500 block of South Hope Street.
* An assist was requested in the area of Parkview Street and Optimist Hill Drive.
* An assist was requested in the area of Jackson Trail and South Hope Street.
