The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* David M. Knight, 21, 117 S. Farmington Road, Apt. 1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.

* Seth Pulliam, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of third-degree domestic assault.

* Benjamin F. Rawlins, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for affray.

* Dustin R. Everett, 24, 537 Crestwood Drive, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for show cause order.

* Joshua C. Lynn, 26, 414 Plainview Ave., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for failure to affix plates to vehicle.

* Patrick D. Thompson, 22, 145 Linden St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Neil H. Howland, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for peace disturbance.

Summonses

* David M. Knight, 21, 117 S. Farmington Road, Apt. 1, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without valid operator's license.

* Paige N. Myrick, 17, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Thomas M. Nigro, 25, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to use child safety restraints.

Assaults

* Assault was reported in the 300 block of Henderson Street.

* Assault was reported in the 700 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 500 block of West Main Street.

* Theft was reported in the 1000 block of Clark Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.

* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of North Farmington Road.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 200 block of Morgan Street.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 100 block of South Bast Street.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 400 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 100 block of South West Lane.

* A court order violation was reported in the 400 block of Elm Street.

* A court order violation was reported in the 100 block of Donald Street.

* Keep the peace was requested in the 1200 block of Brandom Street.
