The Jackson Police Department responded to the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Lee G. Hughes, 33, of Byhalia, Miss., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Sean M. Daugherty, 34, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana under 35 grams.

* Elizabeth A. Daugherty, 35, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana under 35 grams.

* Zachary A. Fann, 18, 607 W. Washington St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana under 35 grams and drug paraphernalia.

Burglaries

* Burglary was reported in the 2200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Burglary was reported in the 1200 block of Bel Air Drive.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 1200 block of Morton Street.

* Property damage was reported in the 200 block of East Washington Street.

Summons

* Jason P. Abernathy, 25, 233 Engelmann Lane, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported in the 2200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Harassment was reported in the 600 block of Blanche Street.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* An assist was requested in the 500 block of Sycamore Street.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 100 block of South Farmington Road.

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of Donald Street.

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the area of East Main and Lacey streets.

* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 800 block of Jessica Street.
