The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Jennifer K. Roberts, 24, 690 E. Jefferson St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Tyler W. Glydewell, 18, 351 Westridge Drive, No. 1, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for no valid license, failure to maintain insurance, displaying plates of another and failure to register motor vehicle.
Summonses
* Jay L. Oliver, 46, 605 Good son Drive, was issued summonses for failure to register motor vehicle and failure to maintain insurance.
* Pamela D. Hess, 41, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign.
* Phillip L. Smith, 34, of Herrin, Ill., was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign.
* Marina N. Conrad, 20, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a valid operator's license.
* Cassandra R. Hahs, 21, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.
* Heather M. Probst, 32, 1470 County Road 432, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Terri M. Surhe, 33, 808 Birdie Lane, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
Assault
* Assault was reported in the area of Symphony Drive and West Independence Street.
Thefts
* Theft was reported in the 2300 block of Berkley Drive.
* Theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* Theft was reported in the 200 block of Pioneer Orchard Drive.
* Theft was reported in the 1000 block of Aspen Drive.
Property damage
* Property damage was reported in the 1000 block of Aaron Drive.
* Property damage was reported in the 1500 block of Oak Street.
* Property damage was reported in the area of Brookview Street.
* Property damage was reported in the 2300 block of Garrett Lane.
Miscellaneous
* An assist was requested in the 900 block of Kimbel Lane.
* Check the welfare was requested in the 3100 block of Old Cape Road.
* Check the welfare was requested in the 2700 block of East Main Street.
* Harassment was reported in the 700 block of Bois D' Arc Street.
* Harassment was reported in the 800 block of Amanda Street.
