* Julie A. Bumpus, 46, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Melanie E. Powers, 49, 906 Aspen Drive, was issued summonses for speeding and failure to provide proof of insurance.
* Kirk L. Barlow, 19, of Marble Hill, Mo., was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to show proof of insurance.
* Justin H. Maxam, 18, 36 Concord Lane, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Thomas M. Haynes, 19, 1112 Cape Hills Drive, Apt. 1, was issued a summons for littering.
* Samuel B. Lies, 17, 306 Coyote Ridge, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Rodtree M. Banks, 24, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle and displaying plates of another.
* Theft was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* Theft was reported in the 1200 block of Woodland Drive.
* Theft was reported in the 1200 block of Old Toll Road.
* Property damage was reported in the 1800 block of Watson Drive.
* An assist was requested in the area of East Main Street and Lily Avenue.
* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 500 block of Michael Anna Street.
* Peace disturbance was reported in the area of Symphony Drive.
* An assist was requested in the 800 block of Gerald Street.
* An assist was requested in the 500 block of North Hope Street.
* A check the welfare was requested in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* A court order violation was reported in the 3100 block of Ridgeway Drive.
* Keep the peace was requested in the 2700 block of Ridgeway Drive.
* Peace disturbance was reported in the 1500 block of Oak Street.
* Peace disturbance was reported in the 500 block of West Main Street.
* Harassment was reported in the 400 block of North High Street.
* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of North Park Street.
