The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summonses

* Jenu Wickware, 28, 2209 Melrose Ave., Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for speeding.

* Robert Schlotter, 43, of Whitewater was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Theft

* A theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A theft was reported in the 200 block of South Bellevue Street.

Miscellaneous

* Fraud was reported in the 500 block of North Hope Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of West Washington Street.

* Trespassing was reported in the 100 block of West Main Street.
