Jackson police report 8/25/13

JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Micah D. Griffin, 41, 452 Pleasant Plake Drive, was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane.

Arrests

* Juhdea D. Price, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of first-degree statutory sodomy.

* Danny R. Brown, 43, 620 Chillicothe Lane, was arrested on suspicion of possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana.

* Melanie E. Powers, 49, 906 Aspen Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana.

Summonses

* Weenena A. Lamoureux, 36, 1234 Bella Vista Drive, was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.

* Christopher S. Ulrich, 19, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to stop for a posted stop sign.

* Jennifer A. Miller, 48, 402 Connie Drive, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Kirk S. Darnell, 37, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for operating a motor vehicle while operator's license revoked, failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to maintain insurance.
