Jackson police report, 8/22/14

JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Thomas S. Wood, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while on park grass, property damage and making false declarations.

* Brandon T. Klinkhardt, 19, 800 N. West Lane, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana less than 35 grams.

Summonses

* William J. Duschell, 42, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Joseph P. Parker, 20, of Mound City, Illinois, was issued summonses for speeding and for failure to maintain insurance.

* Robert W. Penrod, 34, of Jackson was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to maintain insurance.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of North Shawnee Boulevard.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

* Check the welfare was requested in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

* A court order violation was reported in the 600 block of Jackson Trail.

* Fraud was reported in the 1500 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of Donald Street.
