The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summonses

* Lorna M. Thompson, 40, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle and displaying the plates of another.

* Joshua C. Daume, 18, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign.

* Ada M. Lowman, 34, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Robert L. Schooley II, 35, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 1300 block of North Farmington Road.

* Theft was reported in the 200 block of North Union Avenue.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 600 block of Greensferry Road.
