The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
- Austin E. Bush, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested d on a Cape Girardeau County warrant and a Cape Girardeau warrant.
- Frederick E.L. Langevin, 17, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Jerry W. Aydelott, 61, of Jackson was arrested on a Mississippi County, Missouri, warrant.
- Maxwell N. Winchester, 21, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.
- Glenn D. Allen, 52, of St. Louis was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for failure to register a motor vehicle.
- Cedric J. Lucious, no age given, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault, third-degree assault, second-degree assault on a law-enforcement officer and resisting arrest.
- Tonya D. Adams, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while operator's license revoked.

- Lisa A. Licare, 52, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
- John E. Rutherford, 52, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.
- Eric R. Fluchel, 27, of Jackson was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.
- Misty D. Armstrong, 37, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.
- Bobby R. Spears Jr., 48, of Oak Ridge was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.
- Tammy D. Blagg, 41, of Jackson was issued summonses for a seat-belt violation and failure to maintain insurance.
- Tonya D. Adams, 25, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.
- Roberta Guzman-Silva, 34, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for operating a motor vehicle while operator's license revoked, failure to show financial responsibility, failure to property affix plate and a seat-belt-violation.
- Amy R. Ruehling, 41, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
- Jonathan P. Doran, 22, of Jackson was issued a summons for displaying plates of another.
