The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Leslie A. Hendrix, 40, 304 Arbor Circle, was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, improper turn, failure to drive on right half of roadway and failure to appear on a Wayne County warrant for fraud.
* John G. Rogers-Lebcowitz, 21, of Advance, Missouri, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for stealing and unlawful possession of a weapon.
* Kyle D. Brown, 25, 225 Goodson St., was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while operator's license suspended, failure to stop at a stop sign and careless and imprudent driving.
* A 16-year-old boy was referred to juvenile authorities for stealing.
* Angela M. Mayfield, 32, of Sedgewickville, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Jackson T. Nanney, 18, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Michael J. Jost, 46, of Hillsboro, Missouri, was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
* Kyle Z. Colyott, 18, of Jackson was issued a summons for illegal dumping.
* Kevin L. Montgomery, 28, of Sedgewickville, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Haylee L. Loughary, 19, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Edward J. Zembas, 22, of Jackson was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation.
* Theft was reported in the 100 block of South Hope Street.
* Theft was reported in the 800 block of West Lane.
* Theft was reported in the 100 block of Morgan Street
* Check the welfare was requested in the 400 block of Kies
* Keep the peace was requested in the 300 block of North Bast Street.
* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of Florence Street.
* Peace disturbance was reported in the 100 block of Donald Street.
* A weapons violation was reported in the 100 block of Donald Street.
