Jackson police report 8/13/14

JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Gregory Allan Rangel, 31, of Sedgewickville, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Vicki Sharon Vernon, 66, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Robert Tyler Rance King, 24, 640 N. Hope St., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and on two Cape Girardeau warrants.

* Matthew Henry Jones, 33, 305 Florence St., was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication, peace disturbance and trespassing.

Summonses

* Christopher L. Franklin, 28, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle and displaying the plates of another.

* Angela M. Mayfield, 32, of Sedgewickville, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported on Parkview Street.

* Property damage was reported in the 900 block of Oak Street.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 100 block of South Farmington Road.

Miscellaneous

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 900 block of Old Cape Road

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Assist other agency was requested in the 300 block of Greensferry Road.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 2200 block of Garrett Lane.

* Peace disturbance was reported in the 300 block of North Hope Street.

* An intoxicated person was reported on West Independence Street.
