* Kelly L. Politte, 26, of Fredricktown, Mo., received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Sabrina J. Franklin, 22, of 113 S. Farmington Road, received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Patricia D. Curtis, 53, of Cape Girardeau received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Damon M. Lee-Mathena, 17, of Cape Girardeau received a summons for affray.

* Ted B. Walton, 27, 221 Morgan St., received a summons for affray.

* Joshua K. Lemons, 17, 223 Morgan St., received a summons for affray.

Assaults

* An assault was reported in the 200 block of Morgan Street.

* An assault was reported in the 100 block of South Bellevue Street.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported in the 100 block of South Bellevue.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 700 block of Abbis Court.

* A theft was reported in the 600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A theft was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 1700 block of Deerwood Drive.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 1000 block of South Bellevue Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 100 block of Bellevue Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 1200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
