The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* James S. Brasfield, 34, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.

Summonses

* Sandra E. Myers, 62, 223 Morgan St., No. 2, was issued a summons for failure to have insurance.

* Amber G. Seabaugh, 29, 2090 Old Toll Road, No. 3, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Joseph T. Laurentius, 22, 914 Priest Ave., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 700 block of North Farmington Road.

* Theft was reported in the 2800 block of Old Orchard Road.

* Theft was reported in the 700 block of North Farmington Road.

Miscellaneous

* A fireworks violation was reported on Brittney Drive.

* A fireworks violation was reported in the 800 Block of Eagle Drive.

* A fireworks violation on Douglas Drive.

* A fireworks violation was reported at North Farmington Road and Oak Street.

* A fireworks violation was reported on East Deerwood Drive.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 600 block of North Hope Street

* Check the welfare was requested on Symphony Drive.

* Fraud was reported in the 400 block of Elwanda Drive.

* Assist other agency was requested in the 2100 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A fireworks violation was reported in the 1600 block of Deerwood Drive.

* An open door was reported in the 800 block of Royal Drive.
