The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Richard E. Keller, 36, 337 Grandview Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* James D. Toole, 37, of Millersville was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, failure to maintain a single lane, a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear and an Illinois state warrant for failure to appear.

Arrests

* Brett W. Davis, 21, 117 S. Farmington Road, No. 1, was arrested on a Montgomery County, Mo., warrant.

* Sandra D. Kasten, 51, 3520 Ridge Road, was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication.

* Zachary C. Amschler, 17, 5679 State Highway 72. was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana under 35 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Assault

* An assault was reported in the 100 block of South Russell Street.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported in the 200 block of Morgan Street.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Theft was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

* Theft was reported in the 700 block of Wedge Lane.

* Theft was reported in the 700 block of Birdie Lane.

* Theft was reported in the 3000 block Bainbridge Drive.

* Theft was reported in the 1300 block of Boxwood Drive.

Property damage

* Property was reported damaged in the 600 block of Bunker Drive.

Summonses

* Ryan M. Evans, 29, 518 Ohio St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Steven M. Geralds, 36, 620 Hickory St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Gabriel M. Snow, 19, 1006 Odus St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle and speeding.

* Zachary R. Orrell, 17, 806 Andrew St., was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while operator's license suspended or revoked.

* Jeremiah L. Amelunke, 32, of Whitewater was issued a summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle and driving while suspended.

* Courtney L. Weat, 21, 215 Cherry St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Dennis W. Allen, 51, 116 Tracy St., Apt. 6, was issued a summons for animal cruelty.
