- Anthony L. Sinks, 37, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
- Courtney F. Denny, 20, of Park Hills, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
- Justin S. Zinn, 25, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to maintain a single lane and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.

- Theft was reported in the 2700 block of Mansfield Place.
