The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Donail K. Coon, 55, of Sullivan, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

Arrests

• Eddie G. Bowen II, 28, 117 E. Park St., No. 1, was arrested on suspicion of endangering the welfare of a child.
• Cobrae K. Townsend, 24, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana over 35 grams, possession with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Logan P. Wright, 17, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana under 35 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

• Levi C. Canoy, 27, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.
• Joseph M. Tittle, 29, of Portageville, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.
• Karen L. McCabe, 58, of Patton, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Keri R. Hurt, 39, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Aaron M. Lanigan, 19, of Jackson was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.
• Diane L. Pair, 54, of Jackson was issued a summons for animal neglect.
• Travis L. Leimer, 34, of Jackson was issued a summons for allowing a dog to run at large.
• Anthony C. Carter, 43, of Jackson was issued summonses for displaying the plates of another and failure to maintain insurance.

Thefts

• Theft was reported in the in the 2000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Theft was reported in the 1200 block of Pawnee Avenue.
• Theft was reported in the 100 block of South Bellevue Avenue.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported in the 500 block of Michael Anna Street.
