The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Victoria A. Thomas, 19, 117 N. Shawnee Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

Summonses

* Justin B. Spaeth, 29, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Delbert D. Coleman, 66, of Sikeston, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 1300 block of North Farmington Road.

* Theft was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Theft was reported in the 1400 block of North Farmington Road.

* Theft was reported in the 300 block of Westridge Drive.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the area of Cascade Drive.

* Property damage was reported in the area of Symphony Drive.

* Property damage was reported in the area of North Union Avenue.

Miscellaneous

* A fireworks violation was reported in the area of Shawnee Avenue and Highland Drive.

* A fireworks violation was reported in the 2600 block of Mansfield Place.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 600 block of East Adams Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of North Ohio Street.

* Fraud was reported in the 1000 block of Highland Drive.

* Fraud was reported in the 1600 block of Columbia Drive.

* Trespassing was reported in the 500 block of West Main Street.

* An assist was requested in the 2900 block of South Old Orchard Road.

* An assist was requested in the 300 block of East Lane.

* Check the welfare was requested in the 900 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
