The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for a probation violation.
* Rodger Simeon, 21, of Caruthersville, Mo., was arrested on a Pemiscot County, Mo., warrant.
* Cody A. Shinabarger, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession by consumption.
* Austin D. Weissinger, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession by consumption.
* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Ashley N. Kratzer, 26, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.
* Christopher C. Brooks, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* Joshua E. Foeste, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of a chemical with intent to create a controlled substance.
* Krystal G. Barberis, 28, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of a chemical with intent to create a controlled substance.
* A 16-year-old boy was referred to juvenile authorities for possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Amanda D. Brill, 22, 248 Oak Lane, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana under 35 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Latasha M. Turner, 33, of Sikeston, Mo., was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without an operator's license in possession.
* Joseph D. Easley, 23, 4583 State Highway 72, was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.
* Brittany L. Burnell, 18, 131 Sun Valley Court, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.
* Jerry L. Pickett, 35, 509 N. Union Ave., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Joshua Q. Roberts, 19, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to maintain insurance.
* Justin B. Farrow, 21, 813 Aaron St., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Kyle D. McMinn, 28, 1607 Boxwood Drive, was issued summonses for speed and failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Austin D. Weissinger, 19, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for displaying license plates of another and failure to register a motor vehicle.
* An assault was reported in the 100 block of West Main Street.
* Theft was reported in the 600 block of Otto Drive.
* Theft was reported in the 1200 block of North High Street.
* Property damage was reported in the 1000 block of Anna Street.
* Property damage was reported in the 400 block of Kies Avenue.
* A drug violation was reported in the 100 block of West Main Street.
* Fraud was reported in the 1500 block of Old Cape Road.
* Harassment was reported in the 100 block of South Shawnee Boulevard.
* An assist was requested in the 1500 block of Watson Drive.
* Peace disturbance was reported in the area of Parkview and Morgan streets.
* Peace disturbance was reported in Litz Park area.
* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 2500 block of Mansfield Place.
* A fight in progress was reported in the 200 block of South Farmington Road.
* Keep the peace was requested in the 2300 block of Garrett Street.
* Keep the peace was requested in the 300 block of East Lane.
* Keep the peace was requested in the 1200 block of Brandom Street.
* An assist was requested in the 500 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* An assist was requested in the 1400 block of Patty Lane.
* Check the welfare was requested in the 100 block of West Adams Street.
* Keep the peace was requested in the 1900 block of Bainbridge Road.

* A drug violation was reported in the 700 block of West Main Street.
