The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summons

* Michael A. Overy, 25, of Cape Girardeau received a summons for failing to register a motor vehicle.

* Samuel L. Preastly, 36, 630 Broadridge Drive, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 3600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

* A theft was reported in the 1200 block of East Main Street.

* A theft was reported in the 5500 block of Old Cape Road.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 2400 block of Oak Street.

* Property damage was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.

Miscellaneous

* A request to speak was reported in the 900 block of West Main Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 1500 block of Old Cape Road.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 1600 block of Kimbel Lane.

* A suspicious person was reported in the 200 block of North Missouri Street.

* A suspicous person was reported in the 400 block of Old Cape Road.

* A suspicious person was reported in the 400 block of Florence Street.
