Jackson police report 7/2/10

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Assault

* An assault was reported in the 1900 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 100 block of West Mary Street.

* A theft was reported in the 800 block of Odus Drive.

* A theft was reported in the 400 block of Sycamore Street.

* A theft was reported in the area of East Main and North Maryland streets.

Miscellaneous

* A fireworks violations was reported in the area of Symphony Drive and West Independence Street.

* A fireworks violation was reported in the 300 block of Elmwood Boulevard.
